Weekly Class
Classes at Greenleaf Stoneware offer first hand experience of the pottery making cycle. Beginning emphasis is placed on working with one of the four potter’s wheels. A slab roller is available for those who wish to try hand building. The course lasts eight weeks with one three hour class a week plus independent practice time for three hours prior to each class time.

In addition to instruction, the fee includes all clay, glazes and firings up to the first twenty pounds of bisque ware. After that, there is a charge of eight dollars per pound of bisque.

Private Class
Intermediate and Advanced students only
$75.00 per two hour session.
The class will be designed to the individual’s specific need. John will work one-on-one with the student to improve or learn a specific pottery technique such as centering, throwing large pieces, plates etc. This is a hands on learning class. Nothing will be saved.
